Civil Engineer (Fresher to 3 Years Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an engineer with limited experience to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced manufacturing and interior fit-out environment. You will play a crucial support role in coordinating between our factory production and project execution teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of interior components.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in production planning and scheduling for interior fit-out projects within the factory.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings for manufacturing.
• Coordinate daily with factory supervisors, workshop teams, and project managers to ensure workflow alignment.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and assist in implementing solutions.
• Support in quality control checks to ensure all factory output meets project specifications and standards.
• Assist in maintaining safety protocols and a safe working environment in compliance with company and UAE regulations.
• Help prepare daily/weekly production reports and update trackers.
• Learn and adhere to material specifications and manufacturing processes specific to interior fit-out (e.g., joinery, metalworks, ceiling systems).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience, either in India or the UAE. Fresh graduates with relevant project coursework or internships are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of engineering principles, drawings, and basic AutoCAD skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
