to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, AUTOCAD drawings, technical knowledge of site execution, and strong familiarity with local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor fit-out site activities to ensure timely project completion.
Prepare, review, and modify technical drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees and other authority approval processes.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to meet project and safety standards.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Assist in preparing BOQ, material submissions, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to management when required.
Ensure proper implementation of design, specifications, and approved drawings at site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2-3 years of proven Dubai experience in the interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, technical drawings, and shop drawings.
Familiarity with Dubai authority approval procedures (DM, DCD, DEWA, TECOM, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of fit-out execution and finishing works.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Dubai Municipality G+1 license is a plus.
