Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer (Fit-Out)

with strong experience in contracting and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing BOQs, handling tendering and estimation tasks, and managing material pricing with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and update

Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

for fit-out and civil works. Participate in

tendering, estimation, and cost analysis

for new and ongoing projects. Conduct

material take-offs

, pricing, and vendor evaluations in coordination with procurement. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical and commercial alignment. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and specifications. Prepare and review technical and commercial submissions for tenders and quotations. Support project teams in preparing

variation orders

and cost control documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

with a

contracting or fit-out company

in the UAE/GCC. Proven experience in

tendering, BOQ preparation, estimation, and material pricing

. Strong knowledge of

fit-out and finishing materials, methods, and local market rates

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity take-off software

. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English

(written and spoken). Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
