Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create detailed drawings and layouts fo projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
Create high-quality 3D visualisations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar
Develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop technical plans and designs,
Prepare drawings for building structures, including foundations, floors, and walls
Preparation of Layout and General arrangement drawing under the guidance of PM.
*Preparation of Detailed Drawing under the guidance of PM

Prepare the shop drawing for submission to the consultant.
Draw the sketches as per PM instructions.
Plot the digitized drawings as and when the need arises.
Prepare routine and non-routine reports as required.
Keep track of incoming/outgoing drawings and documents.
Carry out actual site measurement of different offices and lands as and when required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in civil drafting, preferably in construction industry.

Qualifications and Skills:

Familiarity with design standards and regulations.
Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in drafting and technical drawing (2D and 3D).
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other drafting software. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona rendering is a plus.
Knowledge of site coordination, project management, and fit-out processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Ability to resolve problems and handle site-related challenges.
