Job Description

A Leading Contracting company in Abu Dhabi is looking for Civil Engineer with experience in building construction for Dubai location .

The ideal candidate will manage and oversee fit-out projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers. Ensure work is executed as per the approved construction schedule. Perform quality checks, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation. Manage and allocate resources, materials, and manpower efficiently. Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and billing processes. Handle contractor/vendor coordination and monitor their work progress. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 3 to 4 years of experience specifically in

building construction

(residential/commercial/industrial). Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and project management tools. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA). Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
