Civil Engineer with Authority Approval Expert - Dubai
We're looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with Authority Approval expertise in the construction / consultant field for a role in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in construction projects in Dubai
- Expertise in obtaining approvals from Dubai authorities
- Proficient in structural designing and software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, etc.)
- Knowledge of local regulations and codes
Responsibilities:
- Manage project approvals and permits
- Coordinate with clients and authorities
- Oversee project progress , and arranging site inspections.
- Prepare and review structural designs
