Job Description

Responsibilities: -

As a Support Engineer with Authority Approval for Fitout in the UAE, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and guidance to ensure the successful execution of fitout projects. You will play a crucial role in obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities to comply with local regulations and standards for construction and fitout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Offer expert technical guidance and support throughout the fitout project lifecycle. Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of fitout activities.

Authority Approval: Possess in-depth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and permit requirements related to fitout projects. Responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals from relevant authorities, including municipalities, civil defense, and other governmental bodies.

Compliance Management: Ensure that all fitout projects adhere to the approved plans, specifications, and legal requirements. Monitor project progress to verify compliance and address any discrepancies promptly.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit required documentation for fitout projects, including applications for approvals and permits. Maintain accurate records and reports related to approvals, inspections, and compliance status.

Problem-solving: Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges related to authority approvals, compliance, or technical aspects of the fitout projects. Provide timely resolutions to keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and authorities to ensure seamless communication and coordination during the approval and fitout processes.
