About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Engineer

with a strong background in

building maintenance, construction of villas, mosques, and related projects

. The ideal candidate will also possess solid knowledge of the

Qatar local market

, with the ability to support business development and secure new contracts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage building maintenance and construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Plan, supervise, and execute civil works including villas, mosques, and other building projects. Conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Qatar market. Support the company in developing strategies to acquire and maintain contracts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum (

05) years

of proven experience in building maintenance and construction (preferably in Qatar). Strong knowledge of Qatar construction standards, codes, and regulations. Experience in managing projects for villas, mosques, and similar developments. Good network and understanding of the

Qatar local market

for business development. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Must be bilingual who can speak Arabic & English. UPDA/MMUP certification is a plus. Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
