Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil engineering aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation using industry-standard tools and software.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to design plans, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize SAP and SAP NetWeaver systems for project data management, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Perform troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems on-site using multimeters and diagnostic tools.

• Collaborate with architects and interior design teams to integrate functional and aesthetic design principles into construction deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with NEC contract standards and documentation throughout project lifecycle.

• Manage contractor performance, resolve technical issues, and maintain accurate project records.

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, reporting progress to senior management.

• Maintain safety protocols and ensure all work aligns with UAE construction regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (High School Diploma with 3+ years of professional experience accepted).

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management or site supervision.

• Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, including foundations, structures, and utilities.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP and SAP NetWeaver for project data entry, tracking, and reporting.

• Proficiency in using multimeters and other diagnostic tools for electrical system troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with NEC (New Engineering Contract) standards and contractual documentation.

• Understanding of interior design principles for integrated building solutions.

• Valid UAE work visa or willingness to obtain sponsorship (50% visa support available).

• Must be male, aged 38 years or below, and of Indian, Pakistani, Syrian, Egyptian, or Lebanese nationality.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English.

• Willingness to work on-site in Al Ain and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
