Job Description
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in executing residential villa projects.
Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
Arab nationality (Mandatory).
Full proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written). Ability to read engineering drawings and supervise construction according to specifications. Knowledge of UAE building regulations and safety standards.Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the construction of residential villas and ensure quality standards. Monitor workforce and adhere to project timelines. Coordinate with engineers and contractors. Prepare daily progress reports.
