We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Civil Draftsman
to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 10 years of experience
working with reputable
consultancy firms
, with a proven ability to produce high-quality drawings, coordinate with engineers, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update detailed 2D drawings and construction documentation for civil engineering projects.
Ensure that drawings comply with DM and other relevant authority standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate design elements.
Manage revisions, updates, and drawing logs as per project requirements.
Maintain accurate and organized drawing records for internal and external use.
Attend coordination meetings and site visits when necessary to validate design requirements.
Prepare drawings for submission to authorities and support approval process.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum 10 years of experience
working in a
consultancy firm
(
mandatory
).
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant drafting tools.
Familiar with UAE building codes and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
