Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman with experience in interior fit-out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of technical drawings, site coordination, and fit-out detailing
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and fit-out layouts using AutoCAD.
Interpret architectural, civil, and MEP plans for interior fit-out works.
Conduct site measurements and prepare accurate as-built drawings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant feedback, and client changes.
Generate material take-offs and support the estimation team with BOQs.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and local building codes.
Organize and maintain a systematic record of drawing files.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of space planning, commercial interior environments, fit-out detailing, and specifications.
Good understanding of local construction practices and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
