We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality drawings for various civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and revise drawings based on project requirements.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority regulations.
Assist in preparing submission drawings for approvals and permits.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design implementation.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Support the project team in preparing tender and construction documents.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil drafting within the UAE construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of structural and architectural detailing.
Familiarity with UAE construction codes and authority submission procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
