Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Draftsman

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on specifications provided by architects, engineers, or designers. You will use SketchUp software to support the design and development process, ensuring precision, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed technical drawings and plans using SKETCHUP LAYOUT. Interpret DESIGNS. Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, or clients. Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed views as required. Ensure drawings meet company and industry standards and applicable codes. Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members. Conduct site visits when necessary to gather measurements or verify conditions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drafting standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as a Draftsman at least 2 years. Proficiency in SKETCHUP software. Strong technical drawing skills and understanding of construction or engineering practices. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [specific field: architectural, mechanical, civil, electrical drafting]. Knowledge of 3D modeling. Familiarity with project management tools or software.

Work Environment:

Office-based . Regular use of computers and drafting software.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
