Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Civil Defense Works Maintenance and Projects Salesperson. This role involves actively promoting and selling our company\'s services related to civil defense works maintenance and projects to external clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, and generate new leads for civil defense works maintenance and projects. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders within the civil defense industry. Understand their requirements, provide product information, and deliver excellent customer service. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer tailored solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services. Address client queries, concerns, and objections effectively. Proposal Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals, including project specifications, cost estimates, timelines, and terms and conditions, in collaboration with the internal teams. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team to enhance our services and maintain a competitive edge. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting, meetings, proposals, and conversions. Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services to clients. Professional Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and develop new business opportunities. Targets and Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics as set by the company. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the civil defense works maintenance and projects domain or a related field. Strong knowledge of civil defense works regulations, standards, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, propose effective solutions, and close sales. Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. A valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as required. A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
