Job Title: Civil Construction Manager - Hospital Projects Experience Required - (1 Nos)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities from mobilization through handover. Ensure alignment of all site operations with project timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and quality requirements. Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to design specifications and construction standards. Monitor and report on project progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Enforce strict compliance with UAE construction laws, safety. Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, reports, and cost tracking. Facilitate regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Foster a strong safety culture and implement continuous improvement practices across all site operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 25+ years of experience in civil construction, including: 20+ years specifically in a Construction Manager role. Proven experience managing hospital and healthcare facility projects - mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage. In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes, laws, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Priority will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.
