Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, select tools and materials, and review work progress on daily basis. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Meet contractual conditions of performance and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

Proven working experience in construction management or related field. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment. Ability to plan and see the "big picture" and competency in conflict and crisis management. Excellent time and project management skills, able to multitask effectively. Solid understanding of safety regulations and building codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to lead and motivate teams. Must have driving license Can join immediately

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
