Job Summary:

Construction Helpers (Civil Category)

to assist in various construction activities. The role involves supporting skilled workers, preparing job sites, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and other skilled workers in civil construction projects. Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools. Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and mixing materials (cement, mortar, etc.). Perform basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, leveling ground, and compacting soil. Ensure all tools and materials are stored properly after use. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment). Assist in site cleaning and waste disposal activities. Support site supervisors and follow instructions for daily tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in civil or construction field preferred but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials. Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Strong work ethic and reliability.

Education & Experience:

Minimum high school education preferred. Entry-level position; on-site training will be provided.

Working Conditions:

Outdoor work environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions. Flexible to work long hours or in shifts as required.
