Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
15+ years of experience in QA/QC management within large-scale civil construction projects
Proven experience working on infrastructure or heavy civil projects
Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
