Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Civil & Fit-Out Foreman

to supervise and manage

villa and finishing projects

in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid technical expertise in

civil construction, high-end finishing, and interior fit-out works

, with hands-on experience managing

villa, residential, and luxury projects

. The candidate should be capable of leading on-site teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality workmanship within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

day-to-day site operations

for civil, architectural, and interior finishing works. Oversee all

finishing activities

such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, marble, false ceiling, joinery, and external facade works. Coordinate with

site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

to ensure smooth execution and quality compliance. Ensure works are executed as per

approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor and control

site resources

including manpower, materials, and equipment for optimal productivity. Ensure

MEP coordination

is properly integrated with civil and finishing works. Conduct

regular site inspections

to maintain workmanship quality and adherence to design intent. Maintain detailed

daily progress reports

, highlight site issues, and coordinate resolutions with the project team. Lead

snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities

ensuring all finishing details meet client expectations. Enforce

HSE compliance

and company safety policies at all times. Ensure

timely completion

of civil and finishing works according to the project schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of proven UAE experience

handling civil, finishing, and interior fit-out projects.

Mandatory experience in villa construction

and high-end finishing works. Strong understanding of

structural, finishing, and architectural details

. Proficiency in

reading and interpreting construction and fit-out drawings.

Experience in

residential, commercial, or luxury villa projects

in the UAE. Good

leadership, communication, and team coordination

skills. Familiar with

Dubai Municipality regulations

, safety standards, and project documentation. Must be

available to join immediately

or within short notice.

Education & Certifications:

Diploma or Certification

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

HSE or Safety Training Certification

is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
