Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will support the project team from planning to completion, ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, and effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating design and fit-out projects. Prepare project schedules, follow up on timelines, and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients for project requirements. Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and material lists. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports. Arrange site visits, inspections, and meetings as needed. Support procurement activities and follow up on material deliveries. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and project specifications. Handle administrative tasks related to project execution. Site coordination
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in design or fit-out project coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
