Job Description
Role Overview:
Provide customer support across concession counters and cinema halls, ensuring a smooth and pleasant movie experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide guests to halls and seats Check tickets and assist with customer inquiries Prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and popcorn Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments Maintain cleanliness in lobby, halls, and seating areas Support crowd control during peak times Assist with events, promotions, and general operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
