Responsibilities:
Prepare, temper, mold, and decorate chocolates, fillings, and coatings.
Assist in developing new chocolate recipes and seasonal creations.
Maintain consistency and quality across all chocolate products.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout production.
Properly handle, store, and label ingredients and finished products.
Support the kitchen team during production and packaging.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
Must be based in Dubai.
Near-immediate availability.
Previous experience in chocolate making preferred.
Strong knowledge of chocolate handling, tempering, and finishing techniques.
High attention to detail, cleanliness, and product presentation.
Punctual, disciplined, and respectful of kitchen rules and processes.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
