Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Chocolatier or Chocolate Chef
Valid professional certification in chocolate making is required
Strong knowledge of tempering, enrobing, and molding technique
Experience with both traditional and innovative chocolate-making methods
Attention to detail and passion for high-end craftsmanship
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
Creativity and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a luxury F&B or fine chocolate brand
Formal culinary or pastry training with chocolate specialization
