Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of chocolates, pralines, truffles, and customized items
Handle tempering, molding, dipping, and decorating
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Manage production schedules and meet daily targets
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Coordinate with the kitchen team for event orders and production planning
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Chocolate Chef / Chocolatier
Experience in luxury or gourmet chocolate production preferred
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons
Can start immediately (preferred)
