We are looking for a skilled and creative Chocolate Chef with a background in pastry to join our team. The ideal candidate will craft high-quality chocolate products and support the development of new items, while maintaining consistency, presentation, and flavor.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and produce a variety of chocolate products with precision and creativity.
Proficient in manual chocolate tempering techniques.
Develop new recipes and seasonal collections in line with brand vision.
Apply pastry techniques to expand and elevate the product range.
Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet high standards.
Manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the sales team for customized product requests.
Stay updated on trends in chocolate and pastry arts.
