We are seeking a talented Chocolatier to produce premium chocolates, truffles, pralines, and specialty items. Duties include tempering, molding, dipping, and decorating chocolate, creating new flavors, ensuring consistent quality, managing ingredients and tools, and keeping the production area clean and food-safe. The role also includes packaging finished products and assisting with custom orders or seasonal collections.
Requirements:
Experience in chocolate, pastry, or confectionery (preferred)
Strong knowledge of tempering, molding, and decoration techniques
Creativity and a high attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently, follow recipes, and meet daily production targets
Good hygiene practices and ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
