Experience in tempering, dipping, moulding and decorating chocolate including truffles, pralines, chocolate bars and chocolate confectionery, and all manner of chocolate-based desserts including entremets, tarts, cakes and pastries.
Experience in working with dark vegan chocolate
Preparing of all fillings which includes baking, dehydratin, blending, ect.
Packaging orders
Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
