Assist in preparing ingredients for chocolate production (e.g., measuring, mixing, melting).
Operate or support the operation of chocolate-making machinery under supervision.
Pour, mold, and demold chocolates according to specifications.
Inspect products for quality, consistency, and appearance.
Package finished chocolates in boxes, wrappers, or other containers.
Label and organize finished products for storage or shipping.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and machines.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or production manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
