Job Description

:

We at Mass Potato are looking for a production technician to work with us on our chips production lines monitoring production lines for snack and confectionery products (chips, potato-snacks and chocolate), ensuring efficiency, quality.

Applicants must

meet the following requirements

:-

Good knowledge of how machines operate and how they work.

Dealing with excluder Machine is advantage.

Good knowledge of the stages and steps involved in chip production. Good knowledge of calculating quantities and the optimal use of materials.

Proven experience in various types of chip production lines.

Knowledge and familiarity with health and municipal requirements. Attention to the cleanliness and sterilization of machines before and after use. Operate and monitor production machinery according to instructions. Sort and prepare raw materials (potatoes, corn, cocoa, etc.) before processing. Pack and seal finished products in designated packaging. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all stages of production
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

excluder Machine: 1 year (Preferred) chips-snacks-chocolate production: 1 year (Required)

* Dubai (Preferred)
