Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation. The ideal candidate should have technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Set up machines before production and perform minor adjustments during operation. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance or minor repairs. Report any malfunctions, breakdowns, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Record production data such as output quantity, downtime, and material usage. Follow all safety, hygiene, and housekeeping protocols in the production area. Assist in loading raw materials and unloading finished goods. Support the team to achieve daily production targets. Follow company policies, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality control procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or technical training certificate. 1-3 years of experience as a Machine Operator (preferably in food or manufacturing industry). Basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge. Ability to read and follow instructions and production specifications. Good attention to detail and quality. Physically fit and able to stand for long hours. Team player with good communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Shift-based work (morning, evening, or night shifts). Factory environment with exposure to machinery noise, heat, or packaging materials.
