Mechanical Technician Chocolate Production

Job Description
What You'll Do
- Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chocolate production equipment, including mixers, refiners, tempering machines, moulding lines, and packaging systems.
- Assist in machine installation, calibration, and continuous improvement modifications.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out necessary repairs with minimal disruption to production.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards throughout all maintenance activities.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the chocolate manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production machinery including conveyors, tempering machines and refiners
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
