Wellness Manager - Superiormed

Superiormed is looking for a highly organized, Chinese-speaking Wellness Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of health and wellness services. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency while supporting personalized wellness and longevity programs for our high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination

: Oversee the scheduling and communication of wellness services, ensuring smooth clinic operations and timely program execution.

Client Support

: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with wellness and longevity needs in a professional manner.

Program Assistance

: Help coordinate and implement customized health and wellness programs, including nutrition counseling, fitness plans, and IV therapies.

Collaboration

: Work closely with medical professionals and wellness teams to deliver seamless client care.

Hotel and Service Coordination

: Manage arrangements with hotels and other service providers to ensure comprehensive and luxurious client experiences.

Quality Assurance

: Collect and analyze client feedback, ensuring high standards of service are consistently met.

Confidentiality

: Handle all client information with discretion and adhere to privacy protocols.

Qualifications:

Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work collaboratively with various teams.
