Finance Manager (Chinese Speaking)

We are a fast-growing crypto company operating across Centralized Exchange services and Real World Assets (RWA) tokenization, empowering investors and institutions to bridge traditional finance with Web3 innovation. With a mission to build a secure, compliant, and scalable platform, we are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations and strategy during our rapid growth phase.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, treasury, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional finance and crypto asset management, with expertise in navigating regulatory requirements in the UAE and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Manage day-to-day financial operations across crypto exchange activities and RWA investment structures. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and investors. Consolidate financial data from fiat and digital asset operations into clear dashboards and reports. Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and treasury operations, including crypto wallets and fiat accounts.

Regulatory & Compliance

Ensure financial practices comply with UAE, DIFC/ADGM, and international regulations. Work closely with auditors, regulators, and compliance teams on KYC/AML, tax, and financial reporting requirements. Stay updated on crypto regulatory frameworks (MiCA, VARA, SEC, etc.) to ensure proactive compliance.

Strategic Finance & Business Partnering

Support fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and financial due diligence. Develop financial models for RWA tokenization projects, exchange transaction volumes, and revenue forecasting. Partner with C-level executives to align financial strategy with business growth, OKRs, and long-term roadmap. Provide scenario planning and risk management insights (crypto price volatility, liquidity risk, counterparty risk).

Team & Systems

Implement and maintain accounting systems capable of handling both fiat and digital asset transactions. Manage relationships with banks, custodians, and DeFi/crypto liquidity partners. Mentor junior finance staff and build scalable finance processes.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CFA/ACA preferred). 6+ years of finance experience, with at least 2-3 years in crypto, fintech, or asset management. Strong knowledge of crypto accounting, blockchain transactions, and exchange operations. Experience in RWA investment structures, securitization, or tokenization is a plus. Familiarity with UAE corporate finance laws and international tax regimes. Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial data clearly. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
