POSITION Housekeeping Team Leader
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The housekeeping team leader performs a hands-on supervisory role. Leading and guiding a team of housekeepers to achieve an exceptionally high level of cleanliness, hygiene and order. The housekeeping team leader will be in charge of inventories, work schedules and periodical tasks. An important aspect of this role is training and upskilling staff, so exceptional staff development skills are mandatory.

2+ years managing staff \xef\x82\xb7
Experience working in VVIP private household essential
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

Experience working in VVIP private household essential
KEY SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Must enjoy being with children
Experience with children highly regarded \xef\x82\xb7
Exceptional teamwork, communication and collaboration skills \xef\x82\xb7

Exceptional organizing skills \xef\x82\xb7

In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, cleanliness and hygiene

Must have advanced computer literacy. \xef\x82\xb7
Advanced MS office skills \xe2\x80\x93 word, excel, outlook, ppt.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be able to think of your feet and solve a multitude of problems.
\xef\x82\xb7 Works well under pressure
\xef\x82\xb7 Advanced housekeeping skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to recognize and know best methods for cleaning various surfaces, linens and objects.
