Job Summary: Seeking a qualified and experienced Child Psychiatrist to provide specialized psychiatric care for children and adolescents. The role requires evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders in children.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide counseling and psychotherapy sessions for patients and families.
Collaborate with pediatricians, psychologists, educators, and parents to ensure holistic care.
Prescribe and manage medications as required.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Comply with clinic protocols, confidentiality laws, and safety standards.
Requirements: Valid license to practice Psychiatry (preferably in Kuwait or eligible for licensing).
Specialization in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in child psychiatry preferred.
