Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Child Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at a private clinic in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care to children and adolescents, offering diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and medication management in a culturally sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide psychotherapy and medication management for children and adolescents - Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate and confidential patient records - Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to a team-based care model
Qualifications & Requirements - Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry or Child & Adolescent Psychiatry - Valid license or eligibility for licensing with Kuwait MOH - Minimum 3 years of experience in child psychiatry - Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Female candidates only, as per clinic policy - Arab nationality preferred
