Masters or Doctorate in Psychology; Minimum of 3 years relevant experience post-Master's degree; Proven experience working with children and adolescents under 12 years old; Eligible for license from Dubai Health Authority (DHA); being already licensed is a plus; Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE. A Psychologist's typical weekly schedule includes a balanced mix of clinical work, administrative tasks, professional development, and community service, which may involve writing articles, conducting seminars, and facilitating support groups. Schedule and conduct patient consultations to build relationships; Assess patients and identify their issues; Engage in discussions with patients to ensure comfort; Implement individualized treatment plans; Conduct psychometric testing; Evaluate patient responses over time; Organize long-term counseling plans involving multiple visits; Provide both individual and group counseling; Maintain detailed and confidential patient records; Build trust and demonstrate patience with patients.
