Job Title: Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Location: Clinic (Private Healthcare Facility) Salary: KWD 1500/month Job Type: Full-time

: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at a leading private clinic. The ideal candidate will provide expert mental health care to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in a culturally diverse environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and psychological assessments for children and adolescents.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to developmental and emotional needs.

Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and medication management.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and social workers.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Provide family counseling and education to support patient care.

Ensure care is culturally sensitive and aligns with best practices.

Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Salary: KWD 1500

Required Qualifications & Skills: Medical degree with specialization in Psychiatry

Postgraduate training and certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred

Fluency in both Arabic and English (bilingual proficiency is essential)

Preferred Candidate Profile: Gender: Female preferred; however, experienced male candidates will also be considered

Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity

Proven experience in outpatient or clinic-based child psychiatric settings
