We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing, treating, and preventing mental health disorders in children and adolescents. The role requires a deep understanding of child development, emotional and behavioural disorders, and culturally sensitive care.
Key Responsibilities:
-Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders in children and adolescents. -Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. -Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, therapists, social workers, and educators. -Provide psychoeducation and counseling to families and caregivers. -Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with medical and legal standards.
Requirements: -Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, and diagnostic skills. -Female candidates preferred; however, male candidates with strong experience in this field will also be considered.
