Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Planning:
Develop, communicate, and execute the divisions strategy, objectives, and operational plans in alignment with the company's overarching strategic goals.
Manage the execution of divisional objectives and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines
Budget Management:
Prepare and consolidate the divisions budget and submit it for review and approval by relevant stakeholders.
Provide guidance to direct reports on budget optimization opportunities and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor financial performance, including revenues, expenditures, and cash flow, to ensure operations remain within the approved budget.
Corporate Performance Management:
Oversee divisional performance by providing strategic direction and guidance to achieve organizational objectives.
Define and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the division and ensure they align with the companys goals.
Identify and drive initiatives to enhance the division's performance and operational efficiency.
People Management:
Oversee the professional development, training, and performance of the division's employees.
Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to direct reports to optimize individual and team performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the division.
Functional
Provide strategic oversight for the development and maintenance of a robust IT infrastructure to support organizational goals.
Lead the implementation of IT solutions to streamline operations and enhance the organizations technological capabilities.
Drive digital innovation by identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
Oversee the execution of technology-driven projects, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment with project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure and technology initiatives.
Continuously evaluate and optimize services and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall service quality.
Establish and enforce information security policies and practices to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of organizational data.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
Collaborate with the Strategy & Business Growth team to identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless, customer-centric service experience and effective resolution of customer issues.
Engage with regulatory bodies and community stakeholders to ensure compliance, build positive relationships, and enhance public relations.
Integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into operational decision-making, reflecting the organizations commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Collaborate with the Customer Service section to develop a transparent process for contesting fines or violations, ensuring fair and equitable resolution.
