Our client, a leading Manufacturing Group into diverse business segment is looking to hire a Chief Technology & Digital Officer.
Salary: AED 70K - 75K + Family status + Bonus
Location: Closer to both emirates Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Overview: The Chief Technology and Digital Officer (CTDO) will lead technology-driven transformation, digital expansion, and operational restructuring across multiple business units. This role is responsible for modernizing IT infrastructure, driving automation, leveraging AI and data analytics, and strengthening cybersecurity. The CTDO will play a crucial role in expanding digital capabilities, integrating smart manufacturing (Industry 4.0), optimizing supply chain technology, and enhancing customer-centric digital services.
The company is going through growth, transformation, and regional expansion, the CTDO will align technology investments with business objectives, ensuring agility, efficiency, and scalability across operations.
Qualification & Experience:

• Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years in technology leadership, with experience in printing, packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or security sectors.
• Proven expertise in digital transformation, IT restructuring, and cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Experience in Industry 4.0, AI-driven analytics, cybersecurity, and automation.
• Strong understanding of supply chain technologies and e-commerce solutions.
• Experience in leading large-scale IT and digital expansions

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0

• Lead the adoption of smart manufacturing (automation, IoT, AI-driven quality control) in printing and packaging.

• Implement real-time production monitoring for better efficiency and predictive maintenance.

• Introduce AI and data analytics to improve demand forecasting and inventory optimization in distribution.

• Oversee digitalization of security solutions, integrating blockchain, biometrics, or digital authentication.

IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Modernization

• Upgrade IT infrastructure to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

• Implement ERP enhancements and cloud-based systems for end-to-end business visibility.

• Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with global data security standards.

• Ensure disaster recovery, risk management, and IT governance frameworks are robust.

Expansion & Digital Growth Strategy

• Develop and implement a technology-driven expansion strategy across new markets.

• Enhance e-commerce platforms and B2B digital portals for packaging and security solutions.

• Drive customer-centric digital services, including track-and-trace solutions, digital ordering systems, and automated customer support.

Restructuring & Operational Optimization

• Restructure IT and digital teams to align with Company's growth and transformation goals.

• Automate workflows in supply chain, distribution, and customer service for higher efficiency.

• Integrate AI-driven business intelligence dashboards for real-time decision-making.

• Oversee integration of RFID, QR coding, and smart packaging solutions for security and tracking.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with GMs, Plant Managers, and Supply Chain leaders to align technology with operational needs.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors, ERP providers, and cybersecurity partners.

• Ensure cost-effective technology investments with measurable ROI.

Continuous Improvement
Motivate one's own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Recommend improvements to company policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

MIS & Reports

• Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs to meet UPP's and the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
