We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation, system integration, cybersecurity, and scalable technology solutions aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the group-wide technology and digital strategy

Oversee IT, software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across all group entities

Lead ERP, CRM, fleet management, finance, HR, and operational systems integration

Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning

Manage internal IT teams and external vendors/technology partners

Support business automation, reporting, and analytics for management decisions

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability

Align technology initiatives with business goals and leadership vision

Requirements
Proven experience as CTO / Head of Technology / IT Director for group companies or multi-entity organizations

Strong understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, cloud platforms, cybersecurity)

Experience managing technology across multiple business units

Strategic mindset with hands-on technical leadership ability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in UAE or GCC region preferred
