To provide business with the most up-to-date and proven solutions to further organization's growth and success. To oversee the functioning, planning and management of the information technology function with responsibility for integrating business needs and requirements to provide the appropriate technology solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To Lead the strategy for technology platforms. To identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs. To take the initiative in innovation and creativity. To work closely with all company departments to define and deliver new services and enhancements. To oversee all system design and changes in system architecture. To keep the business updated of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape in FM Industry. Present reports on the company's technology status, goals and or progress Create and oversee high-level KPIs for IT department Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training IT managers Manage the department's budget To oversee the effectiveness of technology resources within an organization To communicate with all stakeholders, performing research on new technologies that could enhance their business and monitoring the use and implementation of new and existing technologies across departments. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Management role out of 15-20 years of total experience.

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to manage budgets effectively. Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company. Knowledge of all functions and roles within IT department. Cybersecurity and information security management Network architecture Big data engineering and architecture

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering or equivalent. Master's Degree desirable * Industry-specific Certification or Project Management Certification
