Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.

Set clear goals and KPIs for the tech department and monitor performance.
Ensure the efficiency, stability, and security of IT infrastructure and software platforms.

Qualifications: Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in technology leadership roles, including at least 1 years in a senior executive position.
Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices, cloud platforms, and data infrastructure.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
