About the role

We're building a product-first Web3 stack: a

non-custodial wallet

(mobile) with

on-chain & cross-chain swaps

, plus integrations toward

exchange functionality

. We're hiring a

hands-on CTO

to own architecture, security, and execution, and to build/lead an A-team of engineers

on-site

.

Responsibilities

Architecture & delivery:

Design and ship wallet, swap/bridge services, and exchange integrations (CEX/DEX).

Team leadership:

Hire, mentor, set engineering standards (code quality, testing, CI/CD, reviews).

Security by design:

Key management, signing flows, encryption, secure storage, audits/threat modeling.

Scalability & reliability:

Observability, incident response, SLOs, retries/fallbacks, RPC health.

Integrations:

DEX aggregators/bridges (e.g., Jupiter/0x/LI.FI), CEX APIs, on/off-ramp, KYC/AML, nodes/RPCs.

Product partnership:

Translate business goals into a clear technical roadmap with measurable milestones.
Must-have qualifications

7-10+ years

engineering;

3+ years

in

Web3/crypto

. Shipped at least one of:

non-custodial wallet, DEX/aggregator, CEX integration, cross-chain/bridging

. Strong in at least two of:

TypeScript/Node

Python

; plus

mobile

(Kotlin/Swift/React Native/Flutter) or browser extension. Deep

blockchain fundamentals

: EVM/Solana basics, token standards (ERC-20/721/1155, SPL), RPCs, mempools, gas/fees, confirmations/finality. Proven

security mindset

: key handling, hardware-backed storage, secret management, secure release practices.

DevOps

: Docker/K8s, CI/CD, infra-as-code, monitoring/logs/metrics/traces. Prior

team leadership

and stakeholder communication.
Nice to have

Solana + EVM/L2s experience, MEV/quoting, liquidity/MM concepts. Payments/card systems, on/off-ramp, fraud/risk controls, KYC/AML providers. Mobile security, biometrics, secure enclave, and App Store/Play release pipelines. Startup leadership, partner-facing demos, fundraising support.
