will lead the technology strategy and execution for alarge multi-country retail business
across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role focuses onscaling and optimizing a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based ERP and retail technology landscape
, enabling operational excellence, omnichannel growth, and secure, resilient platforms.Work location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Accountabilities

Own and execute the
enterprise technology strategy
aligned with retail growth. Lead and governMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, Commerce)
and related retail systems. Enablemulti-country retail operations
across stores, warehouses, and digital channels. Oversee ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce, data, and system integrations. Drive digital, omnichannel, and operational efficiency initiatives. Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in KSA & GCC. Lead IT teams, vendors, and system integrators with strong delivery governance.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of hands on experience. Senior technology leadership experience (
CTO / CIO / Head of IT
) inlarge retail, FMCG, or consumer businesses
. Strong experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ERP environments
. Proven track record supportingmulti-country or multi-location operations
. Solid understanding ofretail operations systems
and cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Strong vendor management, governance, and executive stakeholder skills. * Experience inGCC markets
, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a must
