Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and visionary

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

to lead our technology strategy, product development, and engineering teams. The CTO will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring scalable and secure systems, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's

technology vision and roadmap

Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and technical teams Oversee

software development, infrastructure, and system architecture

Ensure platform

scalability, performance, security, and reliability

Collaborate with CEO, product, and business teams to align technology with business strategy Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve products and operations Establish best practices for

development, testing, deployment, and documentation

Manage technical budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and industry standards Support product innovation and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a

CTO, Head of Technology, or Senior Engineering Leader

Strong knowledge of

software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and databases

Experience with

scalable web applications and modern tech stacks

Solid understanding of

DevOps, CI/CD, and system security

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

SaaS, recruitment platforms, or marketplace-based systems

Knowledge of

AI, data analytics, or automation

Startup or scale-up experience Experience working with global or remote teams
