Title:Chief Technical Advisor - Process

Client Services Advisor - Olefins position resides within the Technical Services business of TLIS unit. This person will be a primary point of contact for delivery of plant services and solutions for Olefins clients in any region that employ KBR's Proprietary Olefins Technologies. This person shall also support the needs of regional Olefins engineering and site services teams, as needed. The overall responsibilities include supporting regional TLIS services business development teams and delivering site services to Olefins clients in alignment with business growth plans. This person will need to maintain strong client relationships within the customers' organization in order to create a trusted advisor status for KBR in helping its licensee clients achieve safe, reliable and profitable top-tier plant operations by positioning itself as a preferred single-stop supplier of comprehensive Plant Technical Services. The roles, responsibilities, qualifications and experience for this position are as follows:

Roles & Responsibilities: Home Office Comply with all KBR home office safety and security requirements. Strategize and support client relationship management in order to explore and win business opportunities with targeted clients (who operate in the Olefins/Petrochemicals industry sectors) in conjunction with TLIS regional business development teams Identify operating and process bottlenecks at clients' units. Proactively engage with clients for providing solutions and identify opportunities that can be taken up as Performance Optimization and/or Expansion projects by KBR Actively deliver services and solutions to support realization of business revenue/profit targets for technical services business Effective management of interfaces with TLIS Sales and Operations; TLIS Digital Solutions; STS Engineering & Project Operations, Proprietary Equipment/Catalyst teams to develop innovative solutions and tailored services to meet client's needs Set up clients data base that captures key aspects of all client interactions including lessons learned from delivery of services Continuously improve client engagement models and work processes through leveraging lessons learned from services delivery in order to maximize client value, customer satisfaction and profit margins Proactively undertake historical services data analysis to identify potential clients as well as help expanding the portfolio of services offerings Prepare comprehensive monthly status reports covering client site visits and associated services delivery Periodically provide plant operations advisory services to olefins clients in collaboration with TLIS Digital Services team and/or leveraging KBR's Proprietary Digital Solutions (e.g. INSITE) for Olefins plant performance monitoring highlighting areas requiring operations/ maintenance attention Take a lead role in the development of TLIS Training Services to clients, as needed, and provide expert inputs in developing technical content for Olefins plant operations training courses Proactively create customer success/value creation stories which can be used as references to support the process of acquiring future clients for the continued growth of TLIS Technical Services Business

Roles & Responsibilities: Client Site Comply with all the site and KBR safety and security requirements. Execute client relationship management and position KBR as the trusted advisor for client for all their plant engineering, operating process optimization, catalyst services, operator training and other plant services related requirements Provide advisory support to clients to address plant operations needs and troubleshooting as a technology expert. Provide advisory support during plant turnarounds and for start-up of plant and equipment, at client sites, as needed. Gather client/market intelligence to promote TLIS Technical Services as well as Digital Solutions Plan and carry out 'Plant Diagnostic Assessment' events at client sites to gather information pertaining to key issues and challenges that impact plant performance and explore measures to enhance overall operating performance while pursuing business opportunities for delivery of TLIS technical and digital services. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of tailored services to address client's plant operations and maintenance needs with the support of other internal teams including TLIS Technical and Digital Services teams, Olefins Technology PSL, and Engineering Services teams. Effectively communicate with client multi-disciplinary groups to facilitate understanding of client operations and/or problems including helping clients to measure and improve their plant performance on KPIs leveraging TLIS Digital Solutions and industry benchmarking tools Participate in the delivery of plant operations training courses on behalf of TLIS Technical and Digital Services business for various clients, as needed.

Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelors of Engineering degree specializing in Chemical Engineering awarded by a recognizable University. Overall 20+ years' experience in operating and providing plant engineering and technical services related services for a world scale ethylene and/or petrochemicals production facility. Proven services delivery experience for olefins plant operators including benchmarking, equipment performance evaluations, and operation optimization. Experience working with and/or for olefins technology licensors to review design issues, energy consumption and sustainability issues and delivering technical solutions and/or process engineering services, as required. Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills; written, verbal and presentation skills Need to have a flare for developing client relations with a pro-active attitude to go the extra mile to deliver quality client services in a timely manner International work experience or part of the work experience outside one's home country preferred. Willing to travel domestic and international, 80% - 100% as needed Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office computer software products required and experience with process simulation tools such as Hysys, Pro II and process data historian preferred.
