We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Chief Surveyor

to lead our surveying team and ensure precise measurement and land assessment for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all surveying operations across projects Conduct and verify land and engineering surveys, including topographic, boundary, and construction layouts Ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey data, drawings, and documentation Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and field technicians Coordinate with engineering, construction, and design teams to ensure alignment of site measurements Prepare and review surveying reports, maps, and data for project planning and execution Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards related to land surveying Manage and maintain survey instruments, software, and equipment Review subcontractor and third-party survey reports for accuracy and completeness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in surveying, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or equivalent certification preferred Strong knowledge of survey methodologies, geodetic systems, and legal land descriptions Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Leica Geo Office) Familiarity with GPS, total stations, and laser scanning technologies Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
